Thank you for choosing Eagle Custom Detailing for your professional detailing, paint correction, and ceramic coating needs!

All services are by appointment only.
Using our website, you can reschedule or cancel your appointments up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
To cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time, please text or call us for assistance at 608-354-6295.
Any cancellations or reschedule requests within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment the collected deposit will be non-refundable.
If you need to make any changes to your scheduled appointment, such as vehicle, time, or services, please text or call us for assistance at 608-354-6295. We will do our best to accommodate change requests, however due to our schedule with other clients, not all changes may be able to be accepted.

We require a deposit payment to reserve your service appointment, unless informed otherwise. Failure to do so can result in your appointment time being given to another client.
Deposits can be made using our booking website.
Collected deposits for tickets over $350 are non-refundable.
Collected deposits may be refundable for tickets under $350 when cancelling at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Collected deposits may be non-refundable, but applied as credit to future invoices, for tickets under $350 when cancelling or rescheduling more than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time. The credit must be used within 45 days of the originally scheduled appointment.
Collected deposits are non-refundable* and a fee of $25 will be charged in the event of a "no show" for your scheduled appointment, or rescheduling/cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.*

Payments are due at the time of completed service.
Unpaid tickets will be subject to a late fee of 10% after 48 hours, and an additional 10% fee every 48 hours thereafter that the invoice remains unpaid.
Repeated overdue payment of tickets may result in termination of future services, or requirement of prepayment for services in the future.

We reserve the right to update our prices without notice. Those who are already scheduled and have paid a deposit will receive the quoted price.
Pricing estimates made through our booking system will be guaranteed for 30 days. After 30 days, estimates will be reset and subject to current pricing.
Estimate tickets created through our booking system are not exact quotes, they are estimates with a starting price based on vehicle size and services requested.
If a service does not show a price (it will show "Estimate Required" or "$0") and you would like a more accurate estimate, please text us at 321-249-2914 with a few photos of the area(s) in question. Photos can also be emailed at JackiOrlandoLLC@gmail.com.
Final pricing will always be determined by the condition of the vehicle on the day of the appointment, as the condition of the vehicle can change up to the time of the appointment.
